If your plan wasn't automatically upgraded after payment, we can help fix that.

How this works:

  • Enter the email you used for payment
  • We'll check your subscription status in Stripe
  • If you have an active subscription, we'll create or upgrade your account
  • No account needed beforehand - we'll create one automatically!

Use the same email address you entered during checkout

Common Issues:

  • No customer found: Make sure you've completed the payment process through Stripe
  • No active subscription: Your subscription may have expired or been cancelled. Please renew your subscription.
  • First time user? Don't worry! If you have a valid subscription, we'll automatically create your account.
