Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

What happens when I run out of free credits?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to Premium. Your existing videos and chat history remain accessible.

What are collections?

Collections let you import an entire YouTube playlist or channel and chat across all videos at once. Available on Pro and Business plans.

What counts as "indexed hours"?

Total duration of all videos in your collections. A playlist with 10 videos averaging 15 minutes each = 2.5 hours of indexed content.

Can someone else pay for my account?

Yes. The email used during checkout will be the account that gets upgraded. The payer's email doesn't need to match.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay (UPI/cards for India). All payments are processed securely.
